    Maurizio Brusadelli
    Executive Vice President and President, AMEA

    Maurizio Brusadelli is EVP & President Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving growth in our Chocolate, Biscuits and Gum & Candy categories, building world-class capability and business impact across more than 100 markets in the region. He is also a member of Mondelēz International’s global management team.

    Maurizio joined Kraft Foods in 1993 in the Italian Marketing department, going on to build invaluable experience in a variety of categories and brands. A Marketing Manager by 1999, he moved into Sales and then Trade Marketing, where he had responsibility for the Italian business.

    Appointed Category Director, Coffee & Confectionery, Kraft Foods Italy in 2001, Maurizio was given responsibility for the Italian Food division at the end of 2002. In 2006, he became Category Director, Philadelphia Europe and in 2009 moved to Spain as VP & Managing Director Kraft Foods Iberia. He went on to lead the Gum & Candy category in Europe and in 2012 was appointed head of the UK & Ireland operations.

    After relocating to Singapore in 2014, Maurizio was appointed President, Markets & Sales for Mondelēz International in Asia Pacific and President, Biscuits AP. In January 2016 he was appointed EVP & President Asia Pacific.

    Maurizio holds a degree in Business and Economics and a Chartered Accountant from Bocconi University, Milan. Having lived and worked in Italy, Switzerland, Spain, the UK and Singapore, he is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.

    Manu Anand is President, Chocolate, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. Based in Singapore, Manu is responsible for leading growth of the chocolate category across more than 100 markets in AMEA, with a portfolio including Cadbury Dairy Milk, a billion dollar brand in the region and much loved Milka and Five Star chocolate. Manu is also a member of the AMEA leadership team.

    Manu joined Mondelēz International in August 2013 as President, India and South Asia and Managing Director, Cadbury India Ltd and in 2015 was appointed President, Chocolate, Asia Pacific.

    Prior to this, he spent more than 19 years with PepsiCo in various leadership roles including Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo India, leading their multi-billion dollar food and beverages business. Manu was previously General Manager for the beverage and foods business for PepsiCo's South East Asia Business and led seven countries in the region including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos.

    His track record as a business leader includes nine years as Managing Director of PepsiCo India’s Frito-Lay Division where he grew the business from less than US$10 million to half a billion dollars, launching and building iconic brands like Lay's and Kurkure and building a nationwide distribution system. Prior to that he worked on a major acquisition in Australia for a year.

    Manu was earlier with ICI India for 11 years as Financial Controller.

    He is a graduate from St Stephen’s college and a certified Chartered Accountant. He also attended an AMP from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.

    Manu and his wife, Rajika, have two sons, Varun and Aduiraaj.

    Antoine Collette is President Biscuits, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International, the world’s leading snacks company. Antoine is responsible for driving growth in the biscuits category across more than 100 markets, with a portfolio of iconic brands that includes as Oreo, LU and Nabisco biscuits.

    Antoine has been with the company since 2000 when he joined then French company, LU. He has since played many key roles, including Marketing Director Hungary in 2005, and in the Czech and Slovak Republics in 2006. Antoine then became Kraft Foods Biscuits Director in Central Europe, Middle East & Africa in 2009, going on to be Managing Director Bulgaria in 2011, Turkey General Manager in 2013 and President, Biscuits Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa before moving to his latest role in 2016.

    Antoine, a French national, is known for his outstanding relationship-building and collaboration skills, his strategic thinking and strong drive for results. When running the Bulgarian business, he proved a visionary leader in the face of strong economic headwinds and inspired his team to make the company a market leader in all categories. As Turkey General Manager, Antoine managed a rapid turnaround in the business and created a sound base for growth. Under his leadership the business not only reinvented itself but became a growth engine in EEMEA. Antoine dealt courageously with longstanding problems in the business and fully empowered his team to take bold steps to strong growth.

    His leadership style makes a significant contribution to unleashing the potential of his team and raising its visibility in the wider Mondelēz International organization. Based in Singapore, Antoine is married and has five children.

    Heinz Hahn*

    Marketing Services

    Heinz Hahn is President, Meals and Marketing Services, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. He is also a member of the AMEA Leadership Team.

    Responsible for driving the growth of the meals category in this dynamic and emerging region, Heinz also leads Marketing Services for media, agencies, digital and marketing capability.

    Heinz started his career selling injection molding parts. He soon joined Kraft Foods in Austria as an Assistant Brand Manager and successfully launched Philadelphia cream cheese. This was followed by a move to Prague to build the Czech and Slovak coffee business.

    Heinz moved to London in 1997 where he was Marketing Director for the entire Middle East business. Returning to the CEEMA HQ in 2001 he built Kraft’s Coffee business across Central & Eastern Europe.

    Appointed Chocolate and Biscuits Vice President in 2007, he oversaw the LU Biscuits integration into Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEEMA) and led the synergy and growth plans for the combined Kraft and Cadbury chocolate businesses in the region. He led the CEEMA Chocolate and Biscuits categories from 2007 to 2011 in an exciting growth period as Kraft Foods established a unique geographical snacking footprint.

    Heinz relocated to Dubai in 2012 as VP Chocolate and Biscuits Lead for Middle East and Africa, becoming VP, Chocolate & Marketing Services, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2013. He was appointed President Gum & Candy in 2015, before being appointed to his current role in October 2016.

    Heinz has a BA and Masters in Finance and Banking from the Vienna University of Economics. He has lived in Austria, the Czech Republic, the UK and is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Heinz is fluent in German and English.

    Atul Khosla is Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa (AMEA) for Mondelēz International. He leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies, plans and delivery models required to support business growth in dynamic and rapidly evolving multicultural markets where talent acquisition, retention and development are of critical importance to the business.

    Atul joined Mondelēz International in 2013 and has more than 20 years of human resources experience across Asia, Europe and the United States. He was previously with Novartis, where he held several senior leadership roles including Head of Human Resources in Asia and Japan for Alcon, Global Head of Human Resources for CIBA Vision, and Head of Human Resources (OTC Business) for Novartis Consumer Health in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Atul successfully led large scale acquisitions and integrations across markets. Prior to joining Mondelēz International, he was responsible for leading the integration of CIBA Vision, Alcon and Novartis.

    Atul holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Personnel Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University, India. He is based in Singapore.

    Mario Ruberto is Vice President Finance, Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa, Mondelēz International. He is responsible for the Finance Function in AMEA and is a member of the AMEA Leadership Team.

    Mario is a chartered accountant and joined Mondelēz International in August 2016. He was previously with Ferrero Group for 14 years, serving as Chief Financial Officer, Asia for five years. He was responsible for driving the profitable growth agenda and route to market transformation for the region and played a key leadership role in implementing SAP across Asia.

    Mario held several senior management roles at Ferrero, including in Corporate Development, M&A and Corporate Reporting, where he implemented the IAS/IFRS for the first time within Ferrero.

    Prior to joining Ferrero, Mario worked in Management Consulting in Milan, Italy and held the position of teaching assistant of Management Accounting at Cattolica University in Piacenza, Italy.

    Mario holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, graduating cum laude. He earned his Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

    Mario is based in Singapore and has lived and worked in Italy, Luxembourg and Hong Kong. He is fluent in Italian, English and French.

    Bernard Minvielle is the Information Systems lead Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) and Global Sales for Mondelēz International and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is responsible for leading ITS (Information Technology and Solutions) for the region as well as Sales and is a member of the AMEA leadership team.

    Bernard started his career in the Sales organization in France with legacy company, Jacobs Suchard, in 1989. It was acquired by Kraft Foods in 1990 and Bernard has worked across a range of functions and geographies since then. After five years in Sales, Bernard joined the Information System organization where he played different roles leading the implementation of Sales and Marketing capabilities until he joined the STAR project, based in London in 2000. For four and a half years, Bernard was the Sales and Distribution IS lead for one of the Programs that implemented SAP across Europe. He then moved back to the Sales Organization for three years in Sales Strategy for Kraft International where he led the implementation of Sales capabilities across the Kraft International business units.

    He was Europe’s SAP Center of Excellence lead from 2008, leading a diverse team of more than 32 nationalities. In 2010 Bernard moved to Chicago (Illinois) to take on the role of IS lead for Food Service and Sales North America. After the spit of the company in 2012 where he played a lead role splitting the two operating systems for Kraft Sales and Mondelēz International Sales. He was then appointed IS lead for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa and in 2016 the IS lead for AMEA and Global Sales.

    Bernard holds an ES (Engineering Science) from ESAP, Toulouse, France and a DESS CAAE (MASTER II) from Aix En Provence, France. Bernard is married to Benedicte and has four children, Antoine and Martin (26), Lois (22) and Leo (19). Bernard is fluent in French and English.

    Doug Hughes is RDQ Director Packaging, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa for Mondelēz International. Doug leads a team of packaging professionals who develop innovative packaging solutions to support brands and brand equity across more than 100 markets in AMEA. He is also responsible for ensuring all packaging materials protect products, are food safe and best cost. Doug is a member of the AMEA Leadership Team.

    Doug has been with Mondelēz International for 12 years, originally joining the Cadbury business in Bournville, UK where he spent five years managing the Chocolate packaging commercialisation team for Europe. This was followed by two years in Melbourne, leading the Australia and New Zealand packaging teams. He then relocated to Singapore to lead packaging for the Asia Pacific region.

    Before Mondelēz International, Doug spent three years working for a UK-based private contract manufacturer as project manager, developing the packaging line and process for many multinational FMCG companies. He started his career as a manufacturing manager, producing high quality premium packaging for the confectionery and beverages industry.

    Doug has a Bachelor Science (Hons) in Agriculture and Business Administration. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Doug has lived in Melbourne, UK and is now based in Singapore. He is married to Melanie and has two children, Olivia (12) and Patrick (6).

    Emre Olcer is the Area Vice President, South East Asia (SEA), Mondelēz International and is based in Singapore. He is also a member of the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa Leadership Team. Emre is responsible for developed and developing markets in the dynamic and emerging SEA region, including Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and AP Exports, serving 19 markets in total.

    He joined Mondelēz International in July 2016 after nearly 20 years with Procter & Gamble and Gillette. From 2011 to 2016, he was General Manager Vietnam and Cambodia and prior to that, Asia Marketing Director for Gillette for three years. He was Associate Marketing Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2006 to 2008.

    Emre held a range of roles with Gillette from 1997 to 2005, starting in Personal Care as a brand manager in 1997 in Turkey and progressing to Duracell Business Director for Eastern Mediterranean in 2000, a role he held for three years. He was then Gillette Marketing Director for the region from 2003-2005. Emre started his career with L’Oreal as Brand Manager Hair & Skin in 1994, after finishing his Master’s degree in Grenoble, France.

    Emre has worked in consumer packaged goods in Turkey, the UK, Switzerland, Singapore and Vietnam. He is fluent in Turkish, English and French. He is married to Isabella and they have two daughters, 14 and 8 years old.
